This App is licensed, not sold, to you. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App or its content
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its systems
• Use automated systems to access the App without permission

You must create an account to access certain features, including group chat and challenge participation. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. By creating an account, you represent that you are at least 13 years of age.

The App allows users to post messages in group chats and interact with other users. You are solely responsible for all content you post, share, or transmit through the App ("User Content").

Zero Tolerance Policy: We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive behavior.

You agree NOT to post content that is:

• Offensive, abusive, harassing, threatening, or bullying
• Hateful, discriminatory, or promotes violence against any group or individual
• Sexually explicit, obscene, or pornographic
• False, misleading, or fraudulent
• Spam, solicitation, or commercial advertising
• Infringing on the intellectual property rights of others
• Containing viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• In violation of any applicable law or regulation

We reserve the right to review, remove, or disable access to any User Content at our sole discretion, without notice, for any reason, including content that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.

We are committed to maintaining a safe and respectful community. Our content moderation practices include:

• Reporting: Users can report objectionable content or abusive behavior directly within the App.
• Review: All reports are reviewed within 24 hours of submission.
• Action: We will take appropriate action, including removing content and suspending or banning users who violate these Terms.
• Blocking: Users can block other users to prevent seeing their content.

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account and access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms
• Posting objectionable or harmful content
• Abusive behavior toward other users
• Receiving multiple reports from other users
• Any conduct we determine to be harmful to the community
